At Cargo, it’s no secret we love our drivers. It’s always our goal to keep them happy, excited, and engaged, as they are the driving force behind our business. As a Cargo Driver Advocate, you would be one of the core and essential links between our driver community and Cargo operations. Our approach to our support team at Cargo is a little different than most companies. We truly believe our support team needs to be the customer advocate and is responsible for identifying common issues and presenting solutions to make operations more efficient and improve user experience.
- Previous experience working in customer service or support, whether in-person, online, and/or on the phone
- Someone who is positive, empathetic, and loves talking to people
- Someone who is willing to hustle and do whatever it takes to reach a goal
- Someone who can make quick decisions on the fly
